1. REFUND AND CREDIT CLAIMS

If you wish to request a refund or credit for any product, you must contact our Support team. All claims will be assessed on a case-by-case basis, considering the digital nature of the goods and any available preview or inspection before purchase.

2. NO REFUND REASONS

Refunds or credits will not be granted in the following situations:

  • Change of mind after purchase.

  • Accidental purchase or purchase by mistake.

  • Lack of expertise to use the digital product.

  • Goodwill requests.

  • Loss of access due to the product being removed by its seller from the site or due to your account being blocked. Please ensure that you download your purchased products immediately after buying.

3. REFUND REASONS

Refunds may be considered under certain circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Technical issues: If the digital product does not function as described and cannot be resolved through troubleshooting.

  • Incorrect listing: If a product is listed at an incorrect price or with inaccurate information due to a typographical error, CosplaySTL Shop reserves the right to cancel or reverse the transaction. If such an issue arises, a refund will be issued to you promptly.

Refunds will be processed in the same manner as the original purchase.
